Looking back on a life so short
But so much has changed
At least I can say
I’ve enjoyed the road so far
Before
Every day was the same
Small changes
But it was all very much the same
Today
Most days are the same
More worry and less fun
I start to turn around
Tomorrow
Could be the same
But I know one thing
I know one thing for certain
It won’t be like before
